Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the creation and management of 3D BIM models, 2D drawings, and schedules utilizing Revit.
– Establish BIM project standards, including Revit templates, families, and drawings.
– Ensure seamless interoperability between design models created in Maya, Rhino, and Grasshopper with Revit.
– Provide guidance to project team members on optimal workflows for BIM and Revit applications.
– Coordinate effectively with project teams, external consultants, and local architects.
– Engage in a diverse range of challenging international projects.
Key Requirements
– Bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in Architecture or Design Technology.
– Final certification in Architecture from ARB and RIBA, or an equivalent international qualification.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputable design firm with a strong focus on Revit.
– Proficiency in federating BIM models using Navisworks and IFC formats.
– Familiarity with Common Data Environments such as BIM360 or similar platforms.
– Strong skills in 2D and 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Maya, Dynamo, Grasshopper).
– Exceptional presentation, conceptual, and visualization abilities using Adobe Suite.
